5th, 6th & 7th Squares

Morning Everyone~
TGIF!! TGIF!! TGIF!! Doesn't it seem like this week lasted a month?
Square number five coming at you!
I got a little crazy with the cheese whiz french knots. Two nights in a row! I'm wild like that. I'm not sure I like that swing though... Its bugging me. I might snip it out and add something different under the tree. What do you guys think?
Lazy Lotus from Embroidered Effects, thank you Jenny Hart. Simple and pretty.
Another little flower with a button and some bling... and of course at least 1 dog hair right across the middle of the picture... no project would be complete without one. The macro setting on my camera sees things my eyes don't, hehehe!

I don't know if I'll get to stitch tonight, I'm taking a seweing class at JoAnns, a simple sundress for my niece Ana, should be fun.

Have a fantastic Friday!
~Lisa

LOVE those squares! The tree is wonderful- I love the swing. You should keep it! Maybe thin out the string to 2 threads? I LOVE that button flower-- so pretty, and such a great button!
Hugs,
Jill

I agree with Jill. Maybe you will like the swing better with a thinner string. When I viewed your tree with swing I thought, "so creative and a wonderful touch to add a swing!".

Hi Sweetie!

I am so loving this! It's like a new little surprise everyday! Dog hair...what dog hair?? We're just supposed to ignore stuff like that! There's always a cat hair or two on my stuff...I just hope people don't click to enlarge my photos! hee hee hee! Your sewing class sounds like fun, Lisa!...I love your tree, it's really, REALLY good! Love the swing too...maybe it can be a bit smaller in relation to the tree.(???) As I look at it...maybe one thread, in tiny backstitches for the rope, hanging from the very bottom of the green leaves, and smaller. Put your finger over the top part of the "ropes" and just see at how it looks hanging from the bottom and not from the branch...See, just a little smaller! We will still think it's hanging from the branch, but coming thru the leaves instead of in front. I never would have thought to add a swing, and I really love your idea! That's the fun in you Lisa, part of what makes you and your blog so special!...I hate adding my two cents...feel free to add yours to any of my things too!...Like my little peep without a beak!!! ;D
